Sarah Kelder, PsyD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with a passion for delivering highly personalized care. Through her role at Spectrum Behavioral Health with offices in New Lenox and Hinsdale, Illinois, Dr. Kelder helps patients achieve remarkable progress in their mental health journeys.
Education has long shaped and informed Dr. Kelder’s life. She began her studies at Indiana University Bloomington, before completing her PsyD in Clinical Health Psychology at Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago.
Within more than two decades of practice, Dr. Kelder has amassed an impressive body of experience. She has delivered care to children, adolescents, and adults within a variety of settings, including residential treatment centers and hospitals in addition to outpatient services and community outreach.
Dr. Kelder prefers a holistic approach, one that incorporates all elements of an individual’s life, including mind, body, and spirit. She has experience in a number of different treatments, including somatic experience (SE), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotional freedom technique (EFT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and more.
